The inaugural year of the Stewards initiative is complete. The work you helped accomplish is truly remarkable and the 2020-21 annual update is a testament to that.
Each January we will send an annual update (Click here) to provide an overview of how much support was raised (as of the 2021 leadership council date- March 1) how the funds were designated, and an overview of what was accomplished. A key tenet of the Stewards initiative is that every dollar - or as close as can reasonably be accomplished - will be spent immediately for program and capital needs. Thank you for your leadership in the 2020-21 year.
An overwhelming majority of inaugural donors have renewed their support. Thank you for your continued belief in the Spirit of Canyon Camp. In the first 30 days of outreach for the 2021-22 Stewards initiative, we have already raised more than $30,000 in support for program and capital projects and have added new supporters to our ranks. Keep an eye out for project updates, and if you're interested in helping select this year's designations, be sure to have your leadership council level gift in by February 15 (Click here to give).
